Shipping policy

At SPITI Cup, we work hard to get your order packed up and on its way as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by SPITI Cup.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage.

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating it with the shipping carrier.
