Let’s be honest—SPITI Cups are made for spit. Because of the nature of our product, we can’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped.

We think you’ll understand why we aren’t interested in receiving a used spit cup in the mail.

That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we somehow managed to send you the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Send us your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
